Action
I implemented HubSpot across the organisation, designing workflows to streamline lead capture, scoring, and handover. I built real-time dashboards to give leadership visibility on MQL-to-SQL conversion, campaign ROI, and deal progression. Alongside the technical work, I ran workshops to repair trust between sales and marketing, ensuring both teams collaborated around shared processes and common goals. To embed change, I created training and onboarding materials tailored to each function.

Result
Within three months, Circus Street had a unified CRM, real-time reporting for leadership, and renewed alignment between sales and marketing. Conversion rates improved, pipeline coverage became measurable, and collaboration replaced silos. Senior leaders were able to make faster, data-driven decisions, and both teams had confidence in a system built for growth.
